Sweetwater Bay has won the PLATINUM Award for BEST DEVELOPMENT IN NORTHERN CYPRUS 2009 and
the GOLD Award for BEST SEASIDE DEVELOPMENT IN NORTHERN CYPRUS.
The annual gala for announcement and awards, initiated and conducted by Living Property NC, was held at the Rocks Hotel on the 21st November 2009.
Sweetwater Bay was commended as the BEST DEVELOPMENT among all of North Cyprus properties, winning the Platinum award of the category, as well as a Gold Award in the Best Seaside development category.
The award (presented by President Talat) followed a judgment process held by the organizers, in which the site was visited and reviewed by the judges.
